Estia's Little Kitchen is a country restaurant featuring seafood and produce from Long Island's East End. This unique restaurant is located on the Sag Harbor/Bridgehampton Turnpike 2 miles outside the village of Sag Harbor. The "Little Kitchen" opened to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the spring of 1999 under the direction of its proprietor Colin Ambrose. In addition to fresh local cuisine the Little Kitchen's wine list features an assortment of local and international wines ranging from the Rhone region of France to the neighboring vineyards of Wolffer and Channing Daughters.

The restaurant undergoes a Clark Kent style metamorphosis between the day and night shifts. The lights are dimmed and tablecloths are put on. The music shifts in mood and things become a bit more intimate. "It becomes a different place," Mr. Ambrose said. "Some pleople can't believe it when they come in for dinner. A lot of my customers who have eaten breakfast here for years never had the dinner. They walk in and it's a whole new experience."

Reservations for dinner are suggested; call 631.725.1045 and ask the Chef to describe the evening's specialties. The Little Kitchen can be chartered for private parties, weddings or Barbeques for up to 100 people on the grounds or 36 inside.
